We care: Spectrum Visits Vladimir Orphanage
29.12.2011 We care: Spectrum Visits Vladimir Orphanage
Before the New Year we wanted to bring joy to those who need it more than anybody else, those who are in need of care and attention. That is why the activists of Spectrum Group have organized a charitable act in which the company’s employees and executives took part. We were happy to see that all the participants, and even their friends and associates were eager to contribute and take part in this event.
The preparations took the whole November. We selected Vladimir Orphanage named after K. Liebknecht, contacted the director, Yelena Vansovich, and asked which help was specially required. After that we have started collecting the funds and buying chutes, rocking chairs, toys, pantyhose, blankets and all the necessary things for the foster children.
On the 26th of November 2011, we took a trip to the Orphanage in Vladimir where we took toys, blankets, pillows, children wear, fruits, baby food, and presents for the kids, which were bought for the collected money.

Our efforts succeeded: we have managed to bring holiday to the children! Sincere smiles of joy and happiness on their faces were the best present for us before the New Year!

We hope that such charitable acts will become a tradition for our company. The next trip to the Vladimir Orphanage is schedules for the spring 2012.
