SPECTRUM Group opens a branch office in Sochi

As part of their regional expansion program, Spectrum Group opened its branch office in Sochi in late June.

The office is situated in a state-of-the-art, well-equipped Olimpiyskiy Business Center in the heart of Sochi near Riviera park.

The new branch office will provide the clients with a full range of services on project development in all segments of the real estate market. The office has already set up construction management department and in the near future shall open a project bureau and the department of initial permit documentation and approvals. The branch office will be managed by Sergey I. Pasnyuk.

To date Spectrum is involved in several projects of TPS Investment Company and Renaissance Capital Investment Group in Krasnodar Region.

Local property market is growing fast and so are the demands of large Russian and foreign developers and investment companies working on real estate projects. In fact, these are key factors in opening branch office in Sochi.

Spectrum also plans to set up its office in Krasnodar following its long-term strategy of regional exposure. 

The organizational structure, core principles, and quality and range of services are identical at each office. One advantage of regional offices is their knowledge of local conditions and customs, along with their understanding of what is required for a particular project.
