Financial and quality monitoring

Financial-technical monitoring is an activity supporting construction and operation of the facility with regular reporting to the Investor or Bank.

During the monitoring Spectrum team shall fulfill the following:

  • Analysis of project budget and contractual relations between the Project participants
  • Control of intended expenditure of credited funds and Project budget
  • Examination of legal, initial-permit and design documentation
  • Control of Project terms
  • Control of quality and scope of fulfilled works
  • Estimation of risks and recommendations on risks decrease

Result: project progress reports (drawn-up to the moment of credit line tranche), indicating risks of inappropriate expenditures, schedule delay, undue project quality, having effects on project completion and investments return. Reporting shall help to make an informed decision on further participation in the project.
